Bookings
Confirmation and payments: To make a confirmed booking, we will require your name & telephone number and payment of a non refundable 50% deposit. The balance of the payment is due 6 weeks before arrival. Passports will need to be provided on arrival in order to comply with Spanish regulations.
Short stays: Molino Del Carmen can accommodate guests who would prefer a shorter stay – with a three-night stay being the minimum. Please ask for information about our per night rates.
Breakages: We will require a €150 deposit to cover any breakages or damage to the apartment or its contents. After your departure, the apartment will be checked and the deposit refunded in full if all is in order.
Checking In & Out: Guests are welcome to arrive early, although we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before the official check-in time of 3.00 pm. Check-out time is by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
Group Bookings at Molino Del Carmen
El Molino sleeps 34 across 8 properties. It offers plenty of communal space whilst providing the privacy of your own property to retreat to. We regularly host groups for retreats, corporate events and for family and friends.
We can put you in touch with caterers who are familiar with working on site.
Casa Carmen can seat 16 around the Mirador table, however we can provide tables and seating to ensure sufficient dining space on the main terrace of Abanico. We can help arrange Flamenco evenings, a bar for the evening and other events.
